Experienced, highly skilled and dedicated to Pashley’s excellence in British design, innovation and manufacturing, meet the people that make it all happen!

At Pashley, we take great pride in what we do, and this all comes from inside, from the people who work here and who spend their working lives making sure we produce products to be proud of.

We are a loyal team, from the office through to design and planning, and on to manufacturing, everyone at Pashley is dedicated to their jobs and intent on producing the very best for our customers all over the world.

Some of the team have been with Pashley for over 40 years, while others are apprentice school leavers, whom we would hope that in 40 years’ time will be passing on their time-served skills to the next generation.

Team Portrait of Adrian — **Adrian | Chairman (major shareholder)**
Originally qualified as aeronautical engineer, Adrian launched a start-up e-bike company in Bath in 1991, before buying Pashley in 1994. During his career, he has acquired other bicycle businesses, including Brooks England (saddles), Counterpoint USA, Cresswell Cycles, GB Cycle Components and The Moulton Bicycle Company. Adrian is passionate about British innovation, design, and manufacture - and the Pashley team. He is dedicated to keeping this unique company as an authentic British manufacturer of quality hand-built bicycles and his encouragement of innovation has ensured that Pashley is continually evolving whilst remaining true to its heritage.

Team Portrait of Steven — **Steven | General Manager**
Steven has extensive senior management experience in the UK Cycle industry. He was UK Operational Marketing Manager at Raleigh – responsible for all UK Dealer marketing & Raleigh Pro Cycling & BMX Teams. Steven also spent 13 years as MD of Falcon Cycles Ltd, part of Tandem Group plc (Falcon, Claud Butler, British Eagle). He joined Pashley in 2014 to help drive the growth of the company, particularly in the 'bike share' market. Steven now drives Pashley!

Pashley Team Neil — **Neil | Board Advisor**
Neil is a former £4bn turnover FTSE 250 PLC Director, qualified Chartered Director, and former MD of a £250m turnover business. He has been working with Pashley for 6 years (having arrived to ‘briefly’ lend a hand in 2017!) Neil has always been a cyclist, and says he spent more time during his A-Levels working in a bike shop, than in lessons.

Team Portrait of Kathie — **Kathie | Finance**
Kathie is our cheerful and long-serving Finance Manager & Company Secretary, who has been with Pashley for over 30 years, ensuring the company runs smoothly. As Pashley remains privately owned as a family company and run by a small, experienced management and accounts team, it allows us to maintain close and longstanding relationships with suppliers, customers, and dealers. All of our management team have the benefit of years of experience in the cycle industry, as well as many being passionate cyclists themselves, which provides them with valuable insight and vision into the needs of our customers.

Team Portrait of Dave — **Dave | Export**
Dave plays a key part of our front office team who work hard to ensure that there are as few barriers as possible between Pashley and our customers, wherever they are in the world; being friendly and approachable has been part of the Pashley ethos from the very early days. Dave manages the important task of exporting Pashley's products to over 45 countries worldwide (yes, even to Bora Bora!). A keen road and MTB cyclist, his expertise and calm efficiency in managing logistics, backed up by friendly customer service, are invaluable to Pashley.

Team Portrait of Chloe — **Chloe | Brand**
Chloe has been helping to keep Pashley and its product offering true to its authentic roots, for over 14 years. Originally trained in Product Design, she has an in-depth understanding of the product development process and of Pashley's unique qualities. The role of Brand Marketing at Pashley involves a multitude of tasks from the management of brand collaborations, event and exhibition planning, website curation, through to the very important digital and traditional communications with our customers.

Team Portrait Dan — **Dan | Technical**
Dan has been with Pashley for over 23 years. A Chartered Engineer, he is Vice Chair of the Institution of Engineering Designers, Chair of the BSI GME/25 Cycles committee, a member of the UK Business Reference Panel and an Accreditation Panel member for IED (accreditation of University courses to Engineering Council (CEng) standards and CTPD standards). He is also an invaluable member of the Pashley team!

Team Portrait of Mark — **Mark | Development**
Mark is one of our talented design & development team members, focusing on the evolution of heritage products and the innovation and new concepts for both consumers and commercial customers. To maintain a heritage bicycle style whilst learning from the lessons of over 90 years of manufacture requires constant vigilance and a large amount of experience in design and development. Product improvement and evolution exist alongside design innovation, and the beauty of manufacturing in the UK is that our designers can take new concepts from the drawing board to physical realisation without delay.

Team Portrait of Phil — **Phil | Fabrication**
Without a doubt the heart of Pashley lies in its manufacturing heritage, with the men and women who work in the factory hand-building our classic leisure cycles and commercial cycles for business. Phil is one of our specialist brazers, and like each of our frame builders, has a broad skill-set twinned with an acute eye for detail. Genuine craftsmanship flows into and through every frame they craft, from the delicate fine lines of our Aurora bicycle to the practical robustness required of our cargo cycles.

Team Portrait of Blake — **Blake | Customer Service**
their service and care for our customers and their cycles. Our customers are at the very heart of all that we do; as a product and design-led company, the feedback we receive is very important. Blake and the team love to hear from Pashley owners and to receive their letters and photos of them out and about on their bicycles, and they always endeavour to resolve any queries quickly and efficiently.

Team Portrait of Luke — **Luke | Assembly**
Luke is one of our newest team members. Like all our assembly team, he assembles the frame and components with great attention to detail, adding those important finishing touches. The final assembly of our cycles is mostly one assembler to one cycle, and they will add their signature to the cycle’s ownership card guaranteeing their own work as well as the work of their fellow colleagues who have contributed to the creation of the bicycle or tricycle.
