DELIVERY & RETURNS

***CHRISTMAS ORDERS***

Please check for information regarding last order dates for Christmas displayed below the 'Add to Cart' button on the product page. The last order date for many of the bicycles is Sunday the 16th of December. Please call us on 01789 292 263 if you have an urgent request and we will do our best to help.

Delivery/Collection

All our cycles are hand-built here in Stratford-upon-Avon. We have estimated a delivery date range on each product page for when it will be ready for collection. However, our aim where possible is to dispatch your Pashley from our factory within 3 working days, so it should arrive at your local dealer within 5 working days, subject to where you are in the country.

The dealer will need a little time to build the bike, add any options you have ordered and complete the pre-delivery inspection, then the cycle should be ready for you to collect.

We will notify you when it is ready for dispatch from the factory. Once you receive this notification, please contact your specified dealer in order to confirm a collection time that suits you and them. You will need to have your click and collect order number with you when you collect the cycle.

As mentioned, it is normal practice for the dealer to finish off the build of the cycle and do a pre-delivery inspection. If however, you wish to collect your Pashley in its box, and then build it yourself, then please notify us of this. By doing this, you will be taking personal responsibility yourself for the quality of the final build, so we would not recommend this unless you are experienced in this field or have someone who is experienced assembling it for you.

If you have a particularly urgent timescale to collect your Pashley, then please call us before placing your order, and if we can assist in meeting that timescale, then we’d be delighted to do so.

In the meantime, any other queries or questions, please do email on hello@pashley.co.uk or call us on 01789 292 263 .

Returns
Please note that when collecting a cycle from a dealer, please inspect it for defects or problems and make the dealer aware of them before taking the cycle from the dealership, as any defects raised later on cannot be raised as a cause for return if they would have been apparent when collecting it.

This of course does not affect your statutory rights, and if there are any problems then please do call us as we are very proud of our cycles and we want you to really enjoy yours in proper working order.

In accordance with your statutory rights, you are entitled to return a cycle within 14 days of collection, provided it is in absolutely new condition and has not been used in any way.

If you wish to do this, please email us on hello@pashley.co.uk with details of the purchase date and the reason for the return, and copy photos attached to demonstrate it is in new condition.

Once we confirm we will accept it, we will notify the dealer you collected if from that you will be contacting them to return the cycle to the dealer. They will check it is in new condition and confirm to us that is the case. We will then organise the return from the dealer to our factory.

Once received, we will then refund your money, less the cost of the return delivery from the dealer to us.

SIZING GUIDE
Pashley’s cycles come in a variety of frame sizes. The frame size (1) is the distance between the centrepoint of the cycle's bottom bracket (where the pedal arms extend from) and the top of the frame's seat tube (where the seatpost enters the frame).
Sizing Diagram

'DTT' (2) after a frame size stands for 'double top-tube', where an additional top-tube has been added to the frame. The stand-over height (3) for our 'diamond' frame bicycles is the height from the ground to the top of the top-tube.

Sizing Tables
Frame sizes are shown in bold red in the tables below, followed by the corresponding inside-leg length range (and stand-over height - SOH - if applicable).

To select the correct frame size for you, first measure your inside leg length (from the sole of your foot to the inner top of your thigh) in inches - please note that this is a different measurement to your trouser inside leg length. Then, use the tables below to find the frame size you will need.

Your inside leg length may fall in-between two frame sizes. If you are unsure which size is best for you, please feel free to call us on 01789 292 263 (Mon-Fri, 9-5pm) or email hello@pashley.co.uk and we would be happy to advise.

Please note that the Guv'nor, Briton, Roadster, and Speed 5 have a higher than average top-tube ("stand-over") and bottom bracket height. If your inside leg is at the lower end of a frame-size range for these bicycles, you may need to support yourself on tip-toe when stopping on your bicycle.
